1969 gt350 license plate lights

Anyone have a set of these or know who makes a repo?  These are the 2 bulbs on either side of the rear license plate, attached with 2 wires, one a pin connector, the other a ground.  My bulb receptacles are completely rusted out and unuseable.

Sorry to say no repros. You got to improvise.
