Cobra Patch
« on: August 16, 2018, 06:50:59 AM »
I love what you can find on Ebay.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this one of the Cobra patches that were on the crew jackets and overalls?  I really like the size of it.

What makes these unoriginal? I might get a set of these, along with any other Shelby/Ford patches I can find. I have two vintage racing lightweight windbreaker-type jackets that most likely date from the late '60's to the early '70's.

I just meant that the ones Branda sells are really nice, but they are slightly different than the original ones.  The font is slightly off as well as the radius in the corners.  Just splitting hairs.

Oh, I wasn't nit-pickin' you, I just wondered if they were made back when or just recently. Ok.

No offense taken, and Bob is right, as usual, they sell a really nice repop version through Branda.

Thanks! I will check out Branda's website for that patch. Is Tony D. Branda a member here? Which vendors/service providers are members here?
