I come from a generation that could not afford shine,so my first cars sort of had some of that patina going on. It was from circumstance not because of choice,because of this I cringe when I see young people take something like a shiny diamond and make a garden variety rock from it. Same holds true for worn out looking jeans,shoes, wearing their hats inside out and backwards. To each his own I guess.....

It would be amusing to do a concourse car in that wrap, take it to Pebble Beach and terrorize them, then at the end of it all, peel the wrap off to show the gem underneath.

There was a new Mustang with that at Woodward. It was made to look like the beat Bullitt car

other problem is it doesn't come across well with the new shinny wheels. This need some type of application to appear worn as well-
