I just realized the even when I'm logged in, I don't see a "Member's Lounge" topic.
Is it just me, or has that topic not reappeared yet?

To the best of my knowledge, that has not yet been decided on or implemented

I do see "The Lounge"  topic at the bottom of the Home page, without a subtitle so I don't know if it's a members only thing, or not.

Not yet... it will be reinstalled when the Members badging system is turned back on
