Many years ago I owned the car and may have some old info for the current owner.  I used to have a lot of stuff on it but thru the many moves and years some or
most of it may be gone forever.  But I can give the current owner some history for 10 or 11 years of the cars life.  The attached photo would have been taken in Spring of 1984.   Regards, Allen

Thought I would correct the orientation.

It looks like the front turn signals are painted dark (black)? and the recessed areas on the wheels too?

Here are two images I have on file of #925 I think from a (Detroit?) auto show Nov 2016.

(Rich, or someone else, can you confirm?)

Seeing the change in wheels so I checked records. The car was originally equipped with steel wheels with hubcaps. Car was shipped to Hayward Motors - 7/6/67.

I did not have any pictures of this car in my files. Thanks for adding the newer ones.

You can also forward what you have about the car to the registrar, then it will be included into the car's file for history in the far future.

as roddster said this would be appropriate. Dave Mathews - SAAC member GT350DAVE. He is great to work with and would appreciate the input.

Since I see my old GT500 #00925 is apparently somewhere, I will dig back through old pictures and records and see what I can.  Allen

I took those at the MCACN show two years ago.

Yep, those were shared from Brian (Thank You) at MCACN / Chicago 2016
I can't recall how we knew it was #0925, but each car usually has a display board with the owners name.
Here's another photo I found somewhere on the internet. We can't quite read the smaller print on the board.

Brian, thanks that accounts for the November 2016 dates - thanks too for the photos.  They were part of the summary of the event - lost in the "big crash" earlier this year/end of last year.

Rich, yes I think someone that attended the show or knew the car told the car number - prior to the "big crash" , thanks for confirming.

It's ok, I'm not upset. ;D  Hard to believe someone would paint this car yellow.
