I just picked this up.  I'm sure the veterans on here have seen this before, but I'm also sure there are some folks who haven't.  It's kind of interesting.  Note in Position 4, at Driver's Door, they have "rear brake drum air scoops".  So, I assume these were made up before the deletion of this feature.

Also, on the back page they list "LeMans body stripes".  Were they implying this would be a factory option, or did they mean the dealership could accommodate the customer?

Thanks,

Nice piece, good condition.

I think they are/were referring to the lower-side model designation stripes.  (I think at some point they became referred to as LeMans stripes and not Rallye stripes.)

I believe that the the copy is referring to the side stripes . It refers the stripes in the same way as inertia reel shoulder harness ,folding rear seats ,acceleration package (anti wind up bumpers),high speed touring (competition suspension package). They were including the "mandatory options" in the mix .

Reproductions of this brochure are available on eBay if anyone is interested.  Nice to have as a "filler" until an original is found.

Guys, this is a reprint.  Sorry for any confusion.  I can send you the link on ebay (Don't think I'm allowed to post it in this section), or you can just search for 'Salesman Feature Card'.  I think I paid $7 plus shipping.

At the same time, I also picked up something I found to be pretty cute.  This one is original.  It must have been a mail out to perspective customer leads for 1967 Fords.  Note the place to attach a salesman's
business card.  Any idea where this cotter pin might have been used in production?

^^^^^     Depending on size, looks like a Tie Rod Ball Joint Cotter Pin.

Cool stuff.  I'm sure the seller will be wondering why there is a sales run on this.

I knew that I had one of the above brochures around here somewhere.  Mine is in black/white.
