Engine rebuild/swap

Reaching out. The engine I built 37 years ago is tired and wants to be replaced. It runs hot in bumper to bumper traffic and is starting to burn oil. Friends, family, co-worker car people, I've come up empty finding a shop in the Santa Clara County area that I would trust to do the job right at a reasonable price. If any one has some ideas of shops that I could reach out to it would be appreciated. I miss the open track sessions, car shows and just driving it to work.
Any help is appreciated.

Just an Update. Found a shop, Campbell Ford Performance.
So far so good on getting my new engine in place. 
Just need a few more parts put in place, some engine bay organization
and it should be ready to fire up early next week.
My thanks also to BluePrint Engines for working with me to build what I was looking for.

Great news!  Half the battle is finding a reputable shop that you can trust.  It makes sleeping at night much easier!

+1 and the other half is for finding an engine builder that you feel confident about.
Although I still have sleepless nights with all the what if questions...
The engine came with a dyno sheet so at least I know it ran before it was shipped out.

Hurray,
The Beast is officially alive again. The new engine is running good.
At least from the shop to work.  ;D
A bit more cam than the old engine. Some quick specs:
378.5 HP, 343.8 ft/lbs torque at 5800 RPM
Cam specs: .543 Intake, .554 Exhaust - 218 Intake / 226 Exhaust Duration
Heads: 60cc chambers - 2.02 Intake / 1.60 Exhaust - 190cc Intake / 60cc Exhaust
I will need to get used to the lumpty-lump movement of the car at idle.

congratulations!!

Those spec's read a lot like an engine I had and it looks the same, heads, oil pan, front cover - it ran great.

Thanks, it has been a long haul project for sure.
Stayed with the tri-y's. After being in place for 40 years why mess with what works.
I also transferred the Shelby intake, Buddy Bar valve covers and the Shelby style oil pan to try to keep things looking somewhat original.
I'm hoping it runs as well as expected. The real test will be in bumper to bumper traffic with 100+ temps like coming from Laguna Seca back to the bay area.

Exhaust is going through almost 40 year Thrush long tube glasspack mufflers
although I doubt there is much glass left inside.

Had a short 30 minute test of bumper to bumper traffic.
When I could stay at 30-35 the temp was around 190 deg. when sitting at a light forever the temperature would go up to 200 or just a tad over.  Outside temperature was in the high 80's.

Lol, alarms going off, yes including the one on my 07 Shelby. Going home today my son was following behind me and said No One, neither people on the side of the road or in their cars took a second look. He said he was very disappointed. I did have one guy ask what year the car was and saying it was very nice.
I may try an oversized radiator if I have issues. A shorter fan spacer was installed so there is some room for a thicker radiator.
Still want to try to keep things under the hood looking as original as possible though.

Figured I'd throw out an update.
It has been a couple of months since the engine was installed and
after about 200 miles or so it seems to be running well.
I also felt comfortable lifting the hood at the car shows. Lol
Brought it out to do some work and detailing so figured it was
a good time to do a quick walk around of my pride and joy.
