Can't tell 100%, but that looks like a 1983 year sticker on the CA plate.   

Might help i.d. the time-frame of the car and owner.

The wheels on 2079 are Borrani’s. The same ones found on vintage Ferrari’s (with alloy rims)

Thanks Earl (that's what I was thinking they looked like) - some of THE best looking they really stand out.

Very nice car too! (do you mind if I photoshop my head in place of yours - a dark green SB Cobra with Borrani's is a top 5 dream car)
