  A few years back I went and asked at the local post office (Lansing Illinois).  The clerk told me the Chicago post central office for "periodicals" was the Aurora IL post office.  So, I wrote a nasty letter the the postmaster there.  I kind of threatened to report this the my senator.  Durbin is the Senator's name.  They come a little sooner since.

It seems that almost no one in Canada has received their annuals.
Let's give this a couple of weeks before doing anything else.
