Prefer 4 speed.  Daily Driver shape or better.  Not looking for Concours, just nice driver.

What is your budget?  Do you want a bone stock Mustang, or modified?

Bone stock or slightly modified is fine.   Budget really depends on the car.  Im not looking for an MCA Gold, just a driver to nice clean car.

I had a photo here earlier of a friend's car, and just learned that it has been sold and pending payment.  I removed the photo so that the OP can still try and find a car and that this thread doesn't become confusing with that photo.

Thanks.  Looking at a 1 owner 66 GT convertible, Ivy Green Automatic this Sunday.

So much for a 42K restoration.  re skinned over  existing quarter, pop rivets and tig welds, and lets not forget the paint over rust.

Reskinned over the top of an existing quarter?

WHUT?    :o

Yes, you heard me right.  I grabbed the rear quarter lip and there was the original lip with the circular extension.  It was behind the new skin.   From underneath, the old lip went up about 3 inches, and was visible due to the line of rust.

A friend just put a 66 red convertible white top on "Craig's List, San Francisco" a couple of days ago.  It is a C code, 4 speed car.   It has a red pony interior.  (Real pony; light in the doors as well as upholstery.)  I saw it for a couple of minutes Thursday, it looked pretty good.  I believe it has no rust and all panels look original. I don't know anything else.  Details and contact information are on the internet.  Good Luck.
