Change your URL or bookmark to be https://www.saacforum.com/

Note the letter “s” added to http.

It's not secured by an SSL Certificate.

The web server does have an SSL certificate, but you have to ask to use it by using https instead of http.  Many websites automatically redirect from http to https, but this one apparently does not.

sd427, you're right. Initially the 2.0 version did not have an SSL certificate if my memory is correct, but now it does. I just never changed my bookmark to https://www.saacforum.com

It's probably not a huge deal as there are no financial transactions that occur here and it's a forum open to anyone.

True, for the forum, it is mainly important when logging in. But it is a general movement where browsers are getting more vocal, okay visual, about using http vs https. The trend is to expect SSL all the time.

It’s funny, I had just noticed, a few days ago, that many of my bookmarks were auto-redirecting to https, and I had started to go through all of them to see which ones are, and updating my bookmarks. Since this website was not auto switching, I had left it as http. Then I saw this thread...
