May will be here before you know it. This year's Indiana SAAC Spring Fling will feature the 69 Shelby, and our feature car will be the 1969, GT500 , "Styling Prototype" black convertible. Along with it, we also have three 69 Shelby Drag Pack convertibles already lined up.

As usual, we will have the Friday driving tour, Saturday show, and Saturday evening banquet with guest speaker, Chuck Cantwell.

Help us break the record for the most 69 Shelbys. Shooting for 50-69's for their 50th.

1969 - "Summer of Love" and the Summer of Shelby!

Registration will open in early February, watch your mailbox, or our website : www.insaac.org

That show and event is a must for those who haven't been to one. Great people, cars and more. You won't be sorry.

Just talked to brent and we are going to allow 70 shelbys to be part of the 69 shelby 50th show since 70 shelbys were all built in 1969 & the 69 shelbys that had the changes made at Kar Kraft to 1970s had to be completed by the end of the year 1969.   So now its a 69-70 shelby 50th year show!!

So, Ed, what about an old black 68 vert joining this year?

It's going to be a good one.
Getting cars registered that haven't been out in public in quite some time.

It has the feel of a Spring Fling of the late 80's, early 90's.
All we need now is for Joyce's, Honey West Cobra, and Steve's ,66 GT350S to show up.

I can just see it now, Joyce Yates giving Chris Brown "HELL" for a bit of an infraction on the show field.
Boy, those were the days.

So, for those that have never been to, and those that haven't been in some time, It's time to head to Nashville, Indiana
for IN SAAC's 42nd Spring Fling and help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 69-70 Shelby GT350 & GT500's !

go to: www.insaac.org for registration information.

The 50th 69 shelby grill emblem is done can anybody post a photo & the first 50 will have gold (50th) snake on them. George (CDC) did a great job making these sure to be collectors items!

69 GT350 Vert

I just registered for this event - never attended it before.  Is there room to park our enclosed trailer and tow vehicle at the hotel parking lot or somewhere close?  We are planning to bring my 69 GT350 convertible.
