Yep.  Had one like it, circa 1966...note the springer front forks.
Current:

The Fastback has a single upper bar. The Stingray has two smaller decorative arching steel tubes a few inches below the upper that run all the way from the rear axle mounting plate to the head tube up front.

Agreed. I had a black Fastback (circa 1968) like the yellow one in the pix, but the shifter knob was vertical.

It was stolen the second day I rode it to school.

The hottest StinRays are the Krates.

I never got to own one when I was a kid (just one StingRay which was stolen) so I have compensated now. Member Pchmotoho has an even more impressive collection.

Most of the time, those aftermarket forks were put on Huffy Slingshots. I have pics at home, I will post up later.

BTW, I have an extra set of those forks if anyone in need.   8)
