Unusual Marti Report

Looked at a Marti today for a '70 Mach 1 M Code.  The "Order Type" is listed as "Basic Off-Standard Equipment"-a term I've never seen on a Marti.  I reviewed Marti's terminology/explanation page on the web site and found nothing.  Anyone ever see this or have an explanation.
