Wonder what that is stuck to the drivers side door glass?

When the glass is rolled up, it's stuck to the upper rear of the glass.

LOL, At first I thought it was one of those things that acts as an anti theft device. How they clip to the side window. And being brown in color it had just aged with the car. 😆😆
