Yes on the Sunbursts.

Nope. All the street cars delivered in the fall of '65 came with the 7.5" Halibrand "Cobra II" wheels. The Sunburst wheels, which were designed by Peter Brock and manufactured by Kelsey-Hayes, weren't ready until very late in '65, hence only cars delivered after then came with them. They came about because they were less expensive for Shelby than the wheels he was buying from Halibrand.

Yet another beautiful narrow hip Cobra. This was the cover photo on SAAC's Facebook page.

Surprisingly, I wasn't able to ID the CSX number even with the CA plate.

Technically not a "CSX3000" car, COB6127 is an original AC 289 Sports "Cobra" that was converted to LHD and had its 327 (289) stroker replaced with a Holman & Moody 427FE. It is currently for sale in Montreal: www.johnscotticlassiccars.com/en/used/1967-ac-cobra-cob6127-contact-john-scotti/10717477/

It certainly has been through a fair number of owners over the years.

This is 3239 at Shelton Sports Cars in Ft Lauderdale in the mid 90s. They either bought or consigned it from Dr Segu in PA. Apparently he didn't drive a stick and the car had been idle for some time. I was told vermin had nested in the side pipes. It had about 5000 miles on it when I bought it and was a very good car. It did need some mechanical attention so we built a high horsepower 427 for it and freshened the mechanicals. That engine may still be in the car. I sold it at B-J around 2000 for $227,500 hammer. We've come a long way.

CSX3239 has since been restored to street spec. It was bid to $1.0 million USD at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale 2018, but did not sell.
