after all, it is the rule. It seems that people are listing cars and parts on places like ebay, etc and not putting the price here like they should. Instead there is a link to where the opening bid or price is? Whats up with that?

If you're selling your item here, you should list the price. I am sure the seller could pass on the 11% Ebay charges them and pass it on to the buyer.

If it is listed in the up for auction area technically no price is required because it is part of a ebay auction.  In the parts for sale area a price is always required. Does that answer your question?
