A like a lot of his non-Mustang cars too.  Except for the pink Ford Torino Elite (or whatever it is.)

When you have so many Ford GTs that you park some of them on the roof of your "Speed Shop", you finally have enough cars.
Current:
2006 FGT, Tungsten. Whipple, HRE 20s, Ohlin coil-overs. Top Speed Certified 210.7 mph.

Kirkham Cobra 427.  482-inch aluminum side-oiler. Tremec 5-spd.

Previous:
1968 GT500KR #2575 (1982-2022)
1970 Ranchero GT 429
1969 LTD Country Squire 429
1963 T-Bird Sport Roadster

the one above the ceiling of the room below is not a full size car, it's smaller than full size.

Believe he has a Ford GT of that generation of each color except yellow.

Just looked at the photos more closely...you're correct those are smaller scale GTs.
Who makes those?

I'd heard it was a prototype of a still-born project, others may know more...

If you are referring to the ones on top of the structure at the far end of the room they are most likely the ones that were offered by Saleen back when they were finishing the 05/6 Ford GT's. You could get them as a cut in half version to hang on the wall or a both half's together version which was meant to be used as a coffee table or as a small scale display version of the full size car. I bought a cut in half side profile of a Heritage to match my car back in 07 at a Saleen open house during Woodward dream cruise week.
