Looks like an early Mercedes Possibly from a Gullwing or Convertible SL?

but what comes to my mind is Studebaker / Packard

  Its a 1952/53 Buick Wheel, not sure what model though?

You guys are full of knowledge, so how about this bumperette?  It was included with a batch of Ford NOS stuff I obtained.  thoughts?
