I've seen quite a few classic Shelby's for sale that look to be from DenBeste's personal collection...and now this:.

It may be that there is a new trailer being used for the Biagi-Denbeste NASCAR racing team now that they have paired up with Stewart-Haas.  The Denbeste shop is SA dealer and has the Shelby Engine company on site,so it is very busy.  I am not sure if the shop or the winery were affected by the big NAPA-Sonoma fire last year.

They may just be making space for something new. From what I've seen of the building photos it is jam packed with cars.
