Dont know. I have an image on my website with Apple origins and I cant get it to flip over

On your phone, when you enlarge a thumbnail (but before going full screen) there is an edit button on the upper right that allows you to rotate the image.

As to why it happens, I think that in order to get it to load correctly, the phone needs to be in landscape position (on it's side) preferably with camera eye to the picture taker's left and e shutter button to the right.

Yes and no.   I was trying to post pictures from my iPad but have also tried posting from my pc which has windows and still have the same problem

I think the common denominator is taking the pictures with a smart phone, not what you upload them from.

In my feeble hands, the orientation correction is most easily made on the phone, not the PC or iPad.
