C8OF A intake manifold

Were there any early GT500KRs known to have gotten the C8OF A intake manifold.

No. I have a very early KR (02267), has the C intake.

 Renowned Ford FE engine builder Blair Patrick says the "in the family" KR they have has it's original engine and A intake.  This would be the first I've heard of.  Blair is not known for hallucinating.

     BTW the casting # is C8O"E" 9425-A  in 1/2" tall letters  stamped into a metal tag that was nailed to the wood casting pattern. The FoMoCo  is in block letters between # 2 and 3 ports not the oval in back like the C intakes.

Thanks. There are some photos I took of one at Carlisle some years ago on the 428 CJ site in the component section. I could have bought that intake for $650. Yes I'm still kicking myself for not buying it!😵😵😵

   Yes ,
      I believe that is the one that has been ground a bit on the #1 runner where the "change level" is. Mine are both very crisp in that area.

  Yes that is my A intake being discussed over there I post as 161854 , the vin of my 68.5.
