In the goodie bag given out at the Tony Sousa show, what is this used for?

Looks like an anti skid pad for a cell phone. Keeps your phone from sliding around on the dash.

Those are nice to have.  At a "Down Town Get Down" Event one year here, Verizon gave some out that was a Peel & Stick that went on the back of your Phone.  Worked great, you could set your Phone on a Cookie Sheet and raise up on the end and it would slid down until the Sheet was almost straight up.
