Wow! That's quite the collection!

Funny, I get annoyed when the dealer sticks their emblem on my cars.  Can't imagine drilling holes in brand new cars.

Holy emblems, Batman!  That's REALLY cool.

I'm betting that there's a bunch of other people out there who wish they had started collecting these as well.

...including this guy.  ;)
Nothing beats a classic!

WOW what a collection... :) I would never consider putting one on my car. I would just like to find one from East Point Ford in Atlanta. That is the dealer mine was delivered to for delivery to Hertz.

Great to see those old badges, I love it when I see an old car with the correct dealer badge.

That is beyond impressive! Very Well Done!!!

Thanks for sharing these photos, so we all can see what was definitely made as emblems.

When my best friends father purchased a brand new 1965 Pontiac convertible, and it arrived with the dealer logo screwed into the trunk, he demanded it be removed, filled, and repainted. Was not "automobilia" in the day.

Many old dealerships have gone by the wayside.

Of my six Fords, only one of the dealers is still operating... Fuller.

One of my interests is local newspaper advertisements of the day from the dealerships my cars came from.

Wow now that's a serious hatred for a dealer emblem. Thankfully they are just stickers today.
I remove them off of every family car we have owned. I'm fine with a license plate frame, as they don't clutter up the tail end.

I'm looking for a Russ Davis Ford or Foulger Ford frame. Most CA dealers didn't use script just frames.

My dad didn't even want dealer license frames on his car.  He would say "why should I provide them with free advertising?"

Any one with a Broadway Motors car?

Just missed latest Pookie offering  :-\

https://www.ebay.com/itm/1965-1966-1967-1968-1969-shelby-mustang-vintage-dealer-emblem-Broadway-motors-MO/332552009071?hash=item4d6da4f56f:g:py4AAOSw4HNaT7-A

I did see this offering, but then I saw who was selling it.  I thought, run and run faster.  The price seemed a little steep too.  I hope the new owner is happy.

My dad, not a car guy,  took that theme a step further.

He pried all the Hyundai logos off his Hyundai so that you could only see the outline of the name Hyundai every where they placed them. This includes the hubcaps and the complimentary jacket (removed stitching, forcing us to read the name Hyundai in the embroidery stitching holes.   ::)

My brother and I laughed so hard we cried, then teased him until we realized how serious he was when he got angry,   😂
