Will a Federal Court of Appeals allow evidence of prior speeding tickets in a personal injury case?

I swear it was inadvertent!
It's easy to inadvertently speed. One mile over the limit is speeding and technically breaking the law. But who looks down at the speedo all the time? If you do then you are breaking another law by failing to keep a proper lookout. It's nearly impossible to drive one's vehicle from point A to point B without committing at least one moving violation. (Maybe more.)
