Camera angle gives it a little more drama. As for location of the running horse, I estimated and put it on myself. Could be off a bit as I am learning from other photos I've looked up. Could be worse. My front end could look like this.

For the sake of other who may think this is a good way to shoot pictures consider the following.
One of the basic rules of photography is
if there is a horizontal line in you shot, be sure to keep that line straight. A tilted shot does not make for a more creative image.
There are as always exceptions to the rules, but with a main subject(car) this is not the time.
I don't know when this tilted shot phenomena started, but it only make viewing the photograph difficult.
