Cool desk item
« on: October 20, 2019, 04:54:25 PM »
Im thinking this is from the early '70s?  Reminds me of the Ford sign outside the dealership in our town back in the early '70s.  Probably sat on a salesman desk.  Thoughts?

I found a few of them years ago going to old ford dealers. They were sent to ford dealers mid 60s as a sample to show dealers the new sign they were going to get replacing neon ford ovals and ford crest signs. They are rare.

Thanks Ed, I knew you would know about them.  I got it from a really nice elderly woman who's husband worked for Ford back in the '60s through the '80s.  She also sold me two NOS Cobra Mugs, a '68 wood Snake auto shifter, and 4 NOS MAGstar Kelsey Hayes caps.  Truly a honey hole.

Can anyone tell me what these Ford Lug Nuts were from?
Thanks,
