5R102 photo.  Bob Johnson painted this Ohio State Buckeye colors and Shelby demanded he change the color back to white/blue.

I am liking the R in that color. Isn't there some guy in Kansas who has an R painted dark blue with gold stripes? He has owned the car forever I think.

Found it. Memory did serve me correctly. Fred Hilbert is the owner and the article I read goes back to 2013. Car is or was in Kansas. And the stripes were yellow over blue paint.
