We all know Ford is working it's way out of the car business entirely, this is just another case of the "Suits" at Ford reinventing themselves into a company that sells SUV's and trucks exclusively.

Shelby American already came out witheir Shelby GTE nameplate ecoboost model in 2017.  In runs on that nasty fossil fuel stuff, some which may come rom Canada.  Sorry, primary battery use is to start the car.

Remember that CS worked over 20 years ago on a hydrogen powered 427 model Cobra with UC-Riverside.  Problem at the time wast that ithe limited technology only allowed it to run a couple of quarter miles tests before needing more fuel due to a small under pressurized fuel tank. The red protype was sold a couple of years ago.
