"Low she sits on five spoke wheels
Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

Thank you gentlemen.  You know it's not a professional recording of someone else because I make at least three mistakes in different spots.  Very frustrating.  But I try.

This signature of Rachmaninoff is 101 years old this year.  Signed when he was doing a tour in London, England.  He had already fled the Bolshevik Revolution by then.  He settled in to Beverly Hills California of all places and died there from skin cancer in 1943.  He is buried in upper state New York.  A hallowed place as far as I am concerned.  His house still exists in Beverly Hills.  His dream was to die in that house and he got his wish.  Imagine the vibes being channeled through that house.  (If you're into that sort of thing.)

You did it to me again, you scoundrel. I always follow your links thinking I'll take a peek for a few seconds just to get an idea of what you've posted. Then I get impressed and involved and can't stop viewing, listening or reading what you've posted until I get to the end. This time was no different. Bravo! Thanks for adding a little musical class to my day.

Thank you Steve. Rachmaninoff was an automotive aficianado and liked to drive fast.  A lesser known fact about him.
