Heres a shot of 6S1349.   I bought this from an ad in auto week  for $1000 if I recall .  think about 1975 . major project -  didn't run . typical Northern car.  Hauled it back from New York in the winter with the Pirate  on one of our many adventures.  I also had 6S1350  at the same time  green 4 speed car which was a great california car. I had plans to redo 1349  but someone who I can't recall hounded me to sell it to him.

Hi Jim,

This car was offered for sale on a popular auction site back in September 2007. It sold for $65,100 according the registry.  The registry shows a nice trace of ownership.  Below is the description from the seller 6t6GT350.  I am wondering if this car was even saveable.  The rust was bad as the seller describes. It is the rust you can't see that scares me.  It is sad to see it in such rough shape.  I hope it is repaired.

Auction description:

1966 Shelby Mustang, SFM6S1349, authentic and fully documented by SAAC and appears in the SAAC registry. 289 HiPo, cast iron T10, Detroit locker. The previous owner let this classic sit in his backyard for almost 10 years before I bought it in 2004. THIS CAR NEEDS A FULL RESTORATION. It does not run! The engine does turn over and the transmission shifts. I don't know if the engine is original (cannot see the vin stamping), it does have the correct HiPo heads, open letter intake manifold & valve covers and correct Hipo harmonic balancer. It has severe rust damage in the following areas: floors, front & rear frame rails, radiator support and trunk. Make no mistake, there is major metal work needed to make this car roadworthy again. The 10 spokes, although not original to this car are purported to be 1966 vintage but I cannot verify this. Look at the pictures closely, yes that is my driveway you see through the floor! I started disassembling it and have decided it needs too much for me to do it justice.
