Chopin's Ocean Etude Opus 25 No. 12
« on: December 08, 2019, 11:23:23 PM »
I had the Shelby out today for quite possibly the last drive of the year.  Had this racing through my head while out on the road...only without the mistakes.  Needs considerable work as always.

Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

I kept with the piano until I went to law school.  I believe that if you make it to 18 years of age, it likely will stay with you for life.  I need a lot of work on these pieces.  But thank you for your compliment.  I'll take it.  I am working more on the composing angle these days (as well as writing automotive horror wherever I can find time).  Maybe I'll leave a couple interesting pieces and/ or a story or two before I take my last breath.  It's coming.  Don't know when.  But it's coming...

Loved it, not very often do we see a classical piece being played by a man in a SUNOCO T-shirt!  :)

My dream would be to wear such an outfit while playing a concerto with an orchestra, pulling up in stage in my red Hertz.

Thanks.  It can only get better with practice.  But the right kind of practice that is.
