A super eclectic and trendy neighborhood. Surrounded by tropical scenery, weather, plenty of activities, the people and art deco edifices second to none in the world.

Only turn off for the locals is that the traffic is horrendous Thursday through Sunday. If it's a holiday or an event is happening, you are doomed as it will take you hours to arrive or leave.

We usually visit in the middle of the week and have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Word to the wise, avoid holidays or event weekends !
