Slow Forum?
« on: December 27, 2019, 03:32:04 PM »
I haven't been on here for a while (maybe 2 wks), but seems to me that the forum is slower now than 2 weeks ago.

When I click to go to a board, it's very slow to get there. Wasn't like that the last time I was here.

Anyone else having that happening?

Was we hacked recently?

It's been slower loading for me, but it varies, what concerns me is at the top of my computer screen it says "not Secure" in red !

I hope we don't have a problem like last time   :'(

Personally, I haven’t seen any slowness within the last 2 months.

It's about normal here. I have inquired previously and was told that it is due to the volume of Internet Traffic. It seems to peak this time of the year because of the "holidays".

I believe you need to tell your browser to trust the security certificate.

Depends on your browser. When trying to use a secure connection using https, if you get that type of message, there may be a button that will display more info, and start a process that confirms to the browser that you wish to trust the security credentials being used by saacforum.com. The process is different for each browser. Is there a computer savvy kid around you can ask for help?

It just started this being slow a few days ago. I’m using, and have been for a long while, Google Chrome. It’s not slow on other sister forums.

I tried the http thing and it said:
“Your connection is not private
