  I agree with Coralsnake.  Certainly has the correct time frame for the Mach2.  Had to be a great job working in the styling studio on stuff like that.

The Mach II is built on one of the bare Cobra chassis that Ford took from Shelby.

Frank Reisner's company Intermeccanica had the Griffith/Omega/Italia.....I believe the car was started in 1965 and debuted in NY 1966. Sure looks like many of the styling cues of the Mach 2 were taken from Intermeccanica
