Wife says Covid19 lives on all mail 3 days minimum, we have set of three boxes, day1, day 2, day 3. She's always been a germ freak, this is what she's lived for her entire life
Yes, the germs can live on cardboard for two days if infected. But handlers are wearing gloves and masks. We wipe off packages with sanitizing wipes. The possibility of infection from mail is extremely remote according to the CDC. Of course it does mean that you can delay the opening of your bills for extra days. Those payments can be hazardous to your health when you see them. 8)
Still waiting for mine
Purchased the day this thread was started, and STILL waiting for mine in Toledo.
Arrived at Big Norway Lake in the Michigan backwoods.
Arrived New Orleans today. Opening it was like breaking into a safe. Nicely packaged!
Quick question: is the binding / cover combination the same as on the new 65 and 66 registries? I ask, as I ended up with 3 different copies of the 66 registry, as the binding kept popping.
Thanks!
Got mine in Luling La. Thanks to all to everyone that made it possible . Great work nice book.
Nothing yet in FLA...also I am selling these innovative, specific to SAAC binder keepers or repair tools. Please PM before they are all gone. Not available at stores. We have a limited quantity, don't hesitate.

By the magic of electronic communications, I was just informed that the 1968 Registry has arrived in the Great State of Florida !
The packaging was amazing and second to none. The volume enclosed in two boxes and filled with an absorbent to withstand violent shocks to diminish any damage.
Our hats off to those involved in this mass distribution, well done and huzzah !
Remember you can purchase the special edition binder retainers from me, please specify size 55 MMS
thanks in advance for your orders
Ordered but haven't received it yet. Not sure how long
The trail of tears to the mailbox and back continues in Maryland. I ordered 2 maybe it's the extra weight that slowing it down
Its like a Christmas Gift. Waiting
Aloha. The canoe has landed in the middle of the Pacific with this specially packed box, which was a bit mangled but the contents survived perfectly. This edition for just the 1968 Registry is about the thickness and weight of the entire single 1987 edition SAAC World Registry. Amazing details and history that keeps being included every ten years. SAAC and the volunteers that collect and arrange this increasing knowledge base are outstanding. Unfortunately, when I stood up to applaud, I fell off my surfboard.

Got it finally, found some omissions but hey, nice work.
Mine arrived today. I got a BIG surprise, someone sneaked in a picture of me standing by my GT 500. I wonder who that could have been??? I was 18 in the picture, where does time go....
Got mine in SoCal today. I'm eager to begin reading the ten gazillion pages of info. Great work, everyone!
Even Carroll likes it!
I HAVE TRIED POSTING THE PHOTO SIX TIMES, BUT IT'S STILL UPSIDE DOWN.
So, flip your monitor over and have a look.
Not to say I told you so, but I told you so....

What's the secret, Tony?
Just saw this and ordered mine today. Only got my car a year ago and reported the history and other info in October, so doubt it made the Registry - this time. But I look forward to having the list of all the other great cars anyway.
Probably best not to expect too much.... 8)

Got mine today in Colorado. It had a small amount of damage to the bottom by the back. Hope it doesn't fall apart like the '66 one did. Ron
Got mine today in Arkansas. In perfect
Condition!
Thx
Phuong
@CoralSnake Thank you for that. At least they ALMOST got it accurate.
To the Registry: For the record, I'll state it here because I don't know where else to correct it...the Wyoming eBay listing in 6/19 never happened - it was a scam. I was never aware of it. Someone must have lifted the pictures from the BaT listing where I bought it and tried to represent it as their own. It has never been offered again for sale since my purchase in 3/19.
I ordered the Coil Spring Cobra Registry last night around 2:00 AM and like magic the two 1968 Registries showed up on the doorstep this afternoon.
Coincidence ? I think not. Just good karma for buying all the registries I hope
Now after it sits in wife imposed 3 day quarantine I can plan on spending the weekend enjoying the labors of those who put this together
Will your wife notice if you sneak just one box out of the pile? ;D
Rec'd mine a couple of days ago, nicely done!

Put on your face mask and disposable gloves. Lock yourself in the Shelby in the garage and enjoy a private and safe read. 8)
Everyone knows I don't have a garage. But I do have a trailer, my car may not be a trailer queen but it's certainly trailer trash ;D
Got mine today in NH. Excellent work from what I've seen so far, Thank You to all involved. Tomorrow is looking rainy here and work is slow, so at least I have something to keep me busy.
6 days order to doorway in California. All in great shape and looks like a full week(end) of fun reading. ;D
Received mine today, just outside Charlotte, NC area... It's my first. Thank you all who had a part in making it what it is.
Got mine on Wednesday, arrived in 3 days from order to Cali.
Packed so secure, and arrived in perfect condition.
Thanx to all involved in putting this latest edition together
