I have one; first version part in old FoMoCo striped box marked: C7ZZ-15511-A;
Body casting C7ZB-15515-A;
first issue wiring pigtail marked: C7ZB-15536-A SX FOMOCO W

the body casting number you listed is for the right side. the correct body casting for left hand(driver side) is C7ZB-15A509-A
You are correct. My apologies.
However, it caused my to look more closely at another NOS backup light, which is a LH casting C7ZB-15A509-A. It is a later Ford oval script logo, blue and white boxed part C7ZZ-15512-B. The wiring pigtail is the later version with an adhesive label attached.
