The extra cooling of the wider A/C 69/70 GT350 radiator can be very advantageous. Something to consider since you are doing replacing research. FYI the fan shroud is different between the narrower base radiator and wider A/C radiator so that would need to be changed also.Regardless of what you decide I would stay with a stock looking radiator on your vintage Shelby and stay away from the out of place looking squared off looking aluminum radiators.
