Title: Carter X Fuel Pump 1968 GT500KR

Hi all,

I've been looking for a Carter X Fuel Pump for 2 years now, they are very thin on the ground. It is the only thing i am missing. If anyone has one, or hears of one, please PM me.  The cars build date is 26th June, 1968. Thanks in advance.

I finnally found my 68 cj fuel pumps  jan  and may 68 carter X   4441

ok got it cleaned  restored rebuilt and inspector ink stamped

Hi there,

A few years back i purchased this pump from you. Quick question, how hard should this be to fit? The bolts get incredibly tight before they go all the way. I haven't forced them as yet. And by tight, I mean tight.
