This is a later employee badge made in the 70's or 80's. The yellow tint is a dead give away amongst other clues too.
It is still very cool, but just be sure you know what you are buying before you bid. The seller has been notified.

Hi Brian,
I did see and thought it also was a repop. I have added the image for when the auction link no longer works. The yellowing also fools you that it might be old, but it is old as you pointed out. Just not old enough.
