Time to stand up AMERICA.
He has not been the same after they forced him out of the tonight show. He made BO jokes, thus the NBC bigwigs were told to get rid of him and look what we have.
Actually Leno's Garage is really not worth watching either. I like my cars, but to keep this hobby going, you don't have some super rich guy showing off cars that normal people will never be able to have.

When different ethnic people come to the USA they often bring cultural practices "foreign" to "us". MANY of those practices are ILLEGAL! Now it seems we can't even talk about about those practices without being called racist. If the USA is SO racist , why not go back to THEIR country?
It's like having a really bad neighbor who doesn't take care of their own swimming pool, so after their pool is no longer habitable, they jump over your fence to swim in yours! :o
Oh, and while their there, complain that your racist because you didn't also supply them with one of those drinks with the little umbrellas and a straw. ::)

MANAA's Aoki said he appealed to Leno's new employers at Fox, where he hosts the game show "You Bet Your Life," initially offering them an ultimatum of firing the host or MANAA would approach sponsors to boycott the project.
"At the time I did those jokes, I genuinely thought them to be harmless," Leno said in a joint press release with MANAA leader Guy Aoki. "I was making fun of our enemy North Korea, and like most jokes, there was a ring of truth to them."
So the bottom line is he told the truth and is now apologizing for it.
Oh well I guess I'll just keep the pile of original SHOGUN document's I have and the original 001 Production tag. He's always claimed his car was 001 but it's 003. I gave him that tag years ago. Last time I saw the car he still hasn't put the tag on. I guess it ruins the story. The first one built (blue) was Beck's demo. That got serial number 2 because the guy who bought the second car (red) paid extra for it to be 001. Leno's (silver) is 003. Chuck got the tags in time for 4-7 to have them installed. The yellow prototype never got a number.

I recall that term for the Police Vans in Philly when I was a kid... but it was more of an Italian area of the city, I had no idea of the origin of that term ???
I'll try to remember to check with my kids and see what they call those vehicles today?

IF you come to live in AMERICA , LEARN ENGLISH. "I" feel "I" am being discriminated against when "I" can't read a sign on a business in an "ethnic" neighborhood / city. Signs in foreign languages eliminate my ability to use those establishments.
People are constantly complaining about segregation yet "immigrants" set up entire segregated communities , making me uncomfortable to enter them. Make it SAFE for ANY person of ANY ETHNICITY to go ANY WHERE , not just those who choose to protest and wreak havoc on others citing discrimination as the reason.

If the USA is SO full of problems , hate , discrimination , pollution , the doors are OPEN to LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY do so many leave their "homeland" to come here? OPPORTUNITY , MONEY, and FREEDOM. "IF" you or I went to "their " country and acted like THEY do HERE , we would be jailed or killed! Yet WE have to be respectful of THEIR ethnicity HERE. It wasn't intentional. It doesn't mean I need to have activists picket my home. I don't need to have my name put on a list of gorilla's likely to visit you and break your bones...although there have been times I've been tempted to, but just certain people. ;)
I've already been warned that saying something negative about the lack of vehicle "operating" abilities of Asian women drivers here is a racist statement. I acknowledged that and apologized for making such an obviously chauvinistic comment characterizing their "driving abilities" unfairly and without documentation.
I still hide behind a mailbox or a telephone pole waiting to cross the street when I see one coming. I just don't comment on it now.
And we still buy from China. Remember, it is a Communist Nation. When will corporations regret that? When we have a China President?

They spoke clearly but not loud enough. My wife's Shawnee ancestors got pushed out of the east to Ohio then Indiana and then into Kansas. They got booted out of there just before the Civil War and the Cherokee in Oklahoma adopted the 770 the were left. My wife's ggetc grandmother married Frederick Chouteau and the tribe adopted him. He was part of the powerful fur trading family that had established St Louis in the 1700s and had many ties to all the Indian tribes between the Mississippi and the Rockies. They were allowed to retain and sell their farm and trading posts in Kansas but still had to move. The rest were basically just told here's your new reservation - enjoy.

I don't think you're being a racist when you comment on the driving skills of certain groups. You may be stereotypical, but racist? I don't think so.

Agreed more stereotypical then racist. Where does one draw the line between the two? A snide comment is not a mean spirited, angry get em type comment. A racist is more hatred, that is evil and deep, against a certain group. Saying Asian women drive like MR MAGOO might be slanderous or condescending but a lot more light hearted if you know what I mean. :-\
I suggest you just ask your friends that live near Vestal, NY where BU is. Ask them about driving skills of certain students. LOL
