Is there a list of 1966 GT350H cars that came with 4-speed transmission?

Yes in the registry that you can buy from SAAC.

Starts with #48, ends with #612
Of the 85 documented 4-speeds, only 20 are unknown owner or whereabouts.

Are you sure on your total number of Hertz cars with 4 speed transmissions at 85? The latest registry states 86 and that is what I found in my data base as well.

Just for clarity are you asking if this would have happened white in service at Hertz or prior to resale after returned to Shelby? I don't think that I have read anything about any being converted to automatic.
