Yes I have the manual and schematics, just can't figure this one out.
Found these 2 wires, appeared to be cut, maybe the same wire, maybe 2 different ones? Both green, no tracer.
One , I know, goes down to the console harness 4 plug connector- its the one on the right in the pic
The other one (or other end) I cannot figure out
Any help/suggestion is appreciated :)
Thanks, Steve
BTW 69 500 4-spd, non-air
They look like they could be for air conditioning de-icing switch etc., even though your car does not have it. Some of the dash harnesses come pre-wired for other options even if the car doesn't have them. Usually those big green wires are taped to the main dash harness when not used, like the manuals show.
Thanks ! My concern is that the one on the right circled, has continuity to the 4 plug connector that goes to the console. Can it still be a dude / dead end ?
What does your "4 plug end" connector look like?
2 male , two female .... and it plugs into the console harness.

Flat 4 or 2 over 2? Colors of wires?
2x2... one green/red tracer. one black beside it (males), heavy black /yellow tracer and grey beside that (females) .
There's 2 fog light harnesses for a 69 shelby if memory serves when I replaced them both. One is under hood and other is under dash. The under dash harness has half moon turn signal connectors to tie into the turn signal circuit. The thick black/ black yellow wires are for alternator gauge. The photo shows both fog light harnesses I replaced because they shorted.
I found this pic taken during disassembly of my '70 gt500 (has AC). I have no idea if these green wires are the equals to yours. But they've got no tracer stripe and are in same general area as yours (i believe). Perhaps a clue...or maybe not. You be the judge.
