Title: Ken Miles The Shelby Years by Dave Friedman Hardcover ever available?

Does somebody know if the book "Ken Miles The Shelby Years by Dave Friedman" was available as a hardcover? I see it somewhere but the isbn code is the same and they say printed in 2021 and these are all softcover. Thanks for the help.
