Title: Need pictures of shoulder seatbelt from rear interior panels on a convertible
Post by: SCJSTU on May 23, 2022, 09:57:45 PM
Looking mainly to see what keeps the shoulder belts from going back inside the rear interior panels

My GT350 convertible was built Jan 69

Thanks

Seat belt end appears to be taller than the opening

Although the interior panel is trimmed slightly smaller so the male portion doesn't go through that is only half the story. There is a metal bracket with a metal loop that backs up the interior panel and also acts as a guide so that the panel doesn't flex and allow the belt to slip through.
