Title: COBRA Cigarette Lighter Value

The bottom of the lighter has the words,

"Wellington NO 1984, 5-20-55 M (with a circle) JAPAN

Does anyone know the value? Not for sale. Need insurance on a large Shelby collection.

I am thinking if it was made in 1984 there would be no insurance value. Maybe useful if you smoke?

You are associating the 1984 to a mfg year when that is not the case. A google search of Wellington NO 1984 lighter will shed some light.
