Title: WTB 1966 SHELBY HERTZ CARBURETOR

Hey guys I'm looking for an original carburetor for my 66 hertz. I thought I had one worked out, but unfortunately the gentleman no long had it.

Not all Hertz cars took the same carb. Some came with Holley others came with the 4100. Without knowing where your car falls in production makes it hard to zero in on which one you need..

You are looking for the hipo version of the 4100 .

You'll be looking for an Autolite 4 barrel with a CZ F stamped on the base. Remember there are allot of fakes & clone carbs out there. They wee shared with the 66 K code automatic Mustangs but not many of those built. Good luck with the search

Believe there might be a thread going through the features of an original and possible ways those details are created in the fakes. Hope this helps
