Title: inner quarter trim panels fastback
Post by: papa scoops on September 01, 2022, 12:55:09 PM
small trim that covers upper/lower 1/4 inner trim panels, should it have a slight bend in it around the roll bar? just noticed mine, it makes sense as the panels are tight fit. rh side fits slightly tighter as the roll bar must be slightly off center, maybe 1/16 inch.

Yes 68 Shelby F/B's typically have a bend in that trim piece to clear the roll bar.

Yup, just finishing up refurbishing my interior rear panels and trim and definitely a bend in the trim strips. My driver's side trim is bent more than the passenger side, so roll bar is probably offset slightly towards the driver side.
