Where can I get the proper length fuses for my 70 GT500?

Any auto part store.

If it were that easy I wouldn't have posted this. The original fuses are only 1" long. Most glass fuses are 1.25" long. I have been unable to find the correct length anywhere. Cobranda doesn't carry fuses. I did find short 15a fuses, but I need 20a.

Good for them . I had no idea they went to the trouble to stock those small inexpensive items. Although I have always gotten them from the auto parts store I haven't had to for a few years now because I am still working on my stash of back up spares. Good to know a Mustang /Shelby parts vendor has taken the initiative when I need more.

I just bought an assortment yesterday from the nearest auto part store to me - O'Reilly's. They had both the short ones for the instrument panel back lighting and the longer ones for everything else.
