Please put some context on these. Before you said "this car had never been messed with in anyway"
Approximately, when were these taken?
Asking for a friend ;)
More interior shots...

After the restoration in 2011. The interior was not touched...except the 'Shelby' signature done in 1985.
Some more.
Engine.
And the all important California trunk emissions.
Nice
Scott: Bitchin car! But, you're not going to be hiding from any highway patrol officers in that bright beauty!

Thanks, Van! However, the new owner might.
I seem to remember an advertisement photo of an CHiP with his foot on the rear bumper of a parked '65 GT350 writing a speeding ticket. There wasn't even a driver in the picture.
The caption was something like, "I don't care it is parked, you deserve the ticket", or something to that effect.
When these cars were new and used for everyday transportation, the cops would station themselves on the overpasses and watch traffic. You can see them coming for at least a mile on a clear day? 8)
I think the "Lemans stripe" cars when sold new already had two speeding tickets in the glove box waiting for the new owners to fill in their names?
I do admit though that the hood stripes made the cars at least 20mph faster. ;)
The Grabber Orange is one of my favorite color combinations of all time though. Very nice. ;D
That's not a heap ,this is a heap. Drag pack 4 speed grabber blue GT500 next to a spec paint grabber orange 4.30 4 speed R-code Mach1 color changed to blue. PO painted the GT500 black but all jambs were grabber blue when I bought it.
I own 2 grabber blue vehicles and that color doesn't even look close in the picture. I love the look of the FAT tire on the other car.

What vehicle are you referring to since there are no grabber blue cars pictured. If you are referring to my last post I said the SHELBY was a factory grabber blue car. The R-code Mach1 which is a medium metallic blue car in the pic was a factory Grabber Orange car. FTR I said Drag pack 4 speed grabber blue GT500 next to a spec paint grabber orange 4.30 4 speed R-code Mach1 color changed to blue.PO painted the GT500 black but all jambs were grabber blue
I want to say thanks to everyone for your kind words. I, regrettably sold 0F02R483129 years ago. Since I had a very good time when I bought it in 1984 from the original owners. Now, someone else is the current caretaker. Btw, I'm still looking for the old 35mm prints from the 1980s...
Anyways, some more engine shots...
On its way to the new owner...
Awesome pictures! Thanks for sharing.
